PERFORMANCE CONDITIONING
- While the elements of all fitness / training and conditioning programs are similar,
everyone is different when it comes to fitness / athletic performance goals and
performance outcomes.
- Performance fitness / training programs are customized to the individual client's
needs - from the non-athletic health-seeking individual to the occupational,
recreational and professional athlete.
- For clients who already have fitness / conditioning coaches or trainers - we will
work with these professionals to assist them in optimizing their programs through
nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
LIFESTYLE PERFORMANCE
- Athletic performance through nutrition and conditioning cannot be successful if not
in context with the athlete's lifestyle.
- Sleep, recovery, emotional health, social interactions and psychological
differences must be accounted for in every performance profile.
- All performance fitness and performance conditioning evaluations,
prescriptions and talks take the overall lifestyle and wellness of the athlete into
account.
- No two programs can be similar, because each individual is unique - this is the
difference between our company and others! No cookie-cutter type programs!

Dr. Jackson works one-on-one with clients and also consults with coaches, exercise physiologists, strength and conditioning experts, physical therapists, physicians, and other health/fitness professionals for the generation of their client programs when appropriate.
